These are draft general platform terms, not professionally reviewed legal advice or a finalized agreement. Operator details and applicable legal provisions need review before public or commercial launch. This page does not introduce a new account-acceptance workflow.
Operator information awaiting completion

Account responsibility
Use accurate account information, protect your credentials and use only the access granted to your account. Student and teacher registration is available through the registration page. School and administrator access is managed through existing administrative workflows; this page does not offer school self-registration.
Acceptable use
Use Edu Portal for lawful educational purposes. Do not harass others, upload malicious material, bypass access controls, misuse another person's account or submit content you do not have permission to use. Follow your school's assessment and academic-integrity rules.
Educational content and AI limitations
Lessons, practice material and AI assistance support learning. Content and generated explanations may contain mistakes or omissions; check important answers against course materials and a qualified educator. AI responses and automated marking do not guarantee accuracy, grades or educational outcomes.
Uploads and intellectual property
You are responsible for the content you upload and the permissions needed to share it with the relevant teachers, learners and service providers. Respect rights in course material, past papers and other third-party content. Uploading content does not, by itself, transfer its ownership to Edu Portal. Detailed content-use permissions should be agreed with the operator before launch.
Availability and external services
Features depend on the deployed configuration, hosting and external services. AI requires configured providers; Live Lesson audio and screen sharing require configured LiveKit services. Interruptions may occur. This draft makes no uptime, backup or uninterrupted-access guarantee.
Plans and payments
The current payment workflow is a demo. Production subscriptions, recurring charges and refund arrangements are not offered by this draft. Any commercial billing launch requires clear pricing, payment terms and appropriate review first.
Account restrictions and termination
Administrators manage accounts and role-based access in the application. The operator must establish the reasons, notice, review process and data-handling consequences for restricting or terminating access before these terms are finalized. Contact your existing school or platform administrator about current access problems.
Liability and applicable law
Use educational and AI material with appropriate judgment. This draft does not set a financial liability cap, select a jurisdiction or waive rights that cannot legally be waived. Any enforceable limitation of liability and applicable-law provisions require the operator's details and legal review.
